The restaurant
Our penthouse restaurant space has many places where you can enjoy our food. A fantastic terrace with views of the Serra de Tramuntana and a private space for holding more intimate events.
The Chef
An enquiring and restless cook, he worked in different haute-cuisine restaurants in Germany before coming to Mallorca in 1986, when he took over the kitchens at the restaurant Tristán in Puerto Portals.
The kitchen
Schwaiger Xino’s has a very personal menu, with reinterpretations by Chef Schwaiger and new ideas with the essence of the Mediterranean. A fresh approach that always looks for the best local produce to make dishes that combine innovation with tradition.
